研究方向

利用溶液核磁共振技术，解析肿瘤免疫重要靶点膜受体的三维结构，挖掘细胞膜脂组分对受体蛋白功能的动态调控机制；

利用大分子药物筛选平台，以蛋白质结构为指导，开展精准抗体及大环肽的筛选与设计，对接临床应用。

科研业绩

赵琳琳研究员致力于探索肿瘤免疫领域重要细胞膜受体的分子机制，利用生物物理学、细胞生物学、生物化学等多学科交叉背景，建立了从受体蛋白动态成像、细胞功能机制鉴定到靶向抗体筛选的完整研究体系，先后在Cell, Cell Research, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Structure, Protein Cell, Frontier Cell Dev Biol, Biochemistry等重要期刊发表高水平论文。入选上海市海外高层次人才引进计划、卫生健康青年人才、同济大学百人计划等，上海市第十人民医院双聘研究员。
